SCHOOLS
Are your Year 12 students missing out on the opportunity to experience Workchoice Day? With approximately 70% of New Zealand's secondary schools registered with the Workchoice Day programme, 8000 students each year visit two organisations and have the opportunity of speaking to employers about their career paths and to see the world at work.
In most instances the Workchoice Trust office will liaise directly with the Career Advisor as the programme supports the work of their office.
The Workchoice Trust assists with administering the day by providing planning guides to career advisors that includes teacher preparation, industry selection guides, student kits and evaluation forms. We also offer a planning workshop prior to the day to answer questions and support you through the process.
BENEFITS TO STUDENTS & SCHOOLS
