General Overview of Auckland City (Libraries)
Auckland City Libraries is a network of 16 community libraries and the central city library.

We have a strong community focus and offer opportunities for people to join in our events and activities. These include author talks, bookclubs, kids storytimes, school holiday programmes, concerts and heritage exhibitions. Many of our libraries also offer computer classes for beginners, and homework centres.
