Employers & Manufacturers Association (Northern) Inc. The Employers & Manufacturers Association (EMA) strives to champion business and help members succeed. It provides its members with advice, training and advocacy to help them grow. EMA is a founding member and major shareholder of Business NZ. Our members tell us there is a need to ensure students are ready for work and information on careers they might like to take. EMA supports Workchoice in its ability to connect schools and business.



NZME is a multiplatform media organisation with a host of radio, digital, e-commerce, print and event brands including the likes of the NZ Herald, Flava and ZM that produce fantastic content for our audiences. One of our aims is to be the home of the best talent in NZ, now and in the future, and that means engaging with youth to educate on the career paths and possibilities available in media through NZME.
